Sharmistha Dubey currently serves as the CEO of Match Group, overseeing growth for the portfolio of brands including Tinder, Match, Meetic, OkCupid, Hinge, Pairs, PlentyOfFish and OurTime.
Prior to her current role, she served as Match Group's President, overseeing all strategy, research & development and innovations across the portfolio. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of Tinder, where she led the team that launched Tinder Gold, a subscription product that has established Tinder as the highest-grossing non-gaming app globally.
Shar has also served in various roles across the portfolio, including President of Match Group Americas, overseeing all product, engineering and revenue functions at the portfolio’s domestic brands, Chief Product Officer of Match and Chief Product Officer and EVP of The Princeton Review.
Shar joined the company in 2006 and has been a key driver of Match Group’s M&A, revenue and product strategy over the last 15 years.
She holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Engineering from Ohio State University.

Gary Swidler currently serves as COO and CFO of Match Group, where he oversees finance, accounting, tax, treasury, strategy, corporate development, investor relations as well as corporate communications, ad sales, user privacy, safety and data security. Gary joined Match Group in 2015 as CFO, just prior to the completion of the Company’s IPO in November of 2015.
Previously, Gary worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 18 years where he held various roles, including Managing Director, and led the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1997, Gary was an associate at the New York City-based law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Gary holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Jared Sine currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Match Group, where he is responsible for all legal, compliance and government affairs functions for Match Group on a global basis.
Prior to joining Match Group, Jared worked for Expedia, Inc., as Vice President, Associate General Counsel (Mergers & Acquisitions and Integrations), where he oversaw all legal aspects of Expedia’s mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives.
He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and later joined Latham & Watkins, where he advised leading Fortune 500 companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Jared holds a B.S. in Economics and a J.D. from Brigham Young University and is admitted to practice law in New York and California.
Thomas Gaissmaier currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Match Group. He is responsible for leading the firm’s global talent efforts, company culture, diversity and inclusion strategy and integration across Match Group's growing international portfolio.
Prior to Match Group, Thomas served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at 21st Century Fox, where he worked closely with senior management and human resources leaders across the business to drive the ongoing transformation of the company and its people. He also led the HR function during the integration planning for the merger with the Walt Disney Company. Before 21st Century Fox, Thomas spent nearly two decades at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he led the Human Resource practice in North America.
Thomas holds a Master of Political Science, Journalism and Law from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
Faye Iosotaluno currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Match Group, where she oversees strategy, consumer research, and new business growth for the global portfolio, including Match Group’s corporate innovation team +1Labs. She joined Match Group in 2017 as SVP of New Business Initiatives.
Prior to Match Group, Faye was the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at SoundCloud, Vice President of Digital Business Development at Viacom Media Networks, Director of Corporate Business Development and Strategy at Warner Bros. and held roles at Time Warner, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch.
Faye holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in English from the School of Arts & Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Justine Sacco currently serves as Chief Communications Officer at Match Group, where she is responsible for all internal and external communications for Match Group and its portfolio of brands.
Prior to joining Match Group in 2018, Justine was Vice President of Corporate Communications at FanDuel where she oversaw all communications, including media relations, policy and crisis communications. Justine also held senior corporate communications positions at IAC and World Wrestling Entertainment. She started her career at DKC News.
Justine holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Media Arts from Tulane University.
Alexandre Lubot currently serves as CEO of Match Group EMEA & APAC. He is responsible for Meetic, Twoo, Pairs, Match Asia-Pacific, Ourtime Europe, Ablo, Hawaya and oversees the further expansion of Match Group businesses within EMEA and APAC.
He has served in multiple roles since joining the company in 2011, including CEO of Match Group Europe, CEO of Meetic Europe and CMO for Meetic Europe.
Prior to that, Alex spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held various operational and strategic positions in France and internationally, both in brand marketing and business leadership roles.
Alex holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
Amarnath Thombre currently serves as the CEO of Match Group Americas. He is responsible for all brands in North and South America, including OkCupid, Hinge, Match, Match Affinity and POF.
Amarnath has served in multiple roles since joining the company in 2008, including Chief Strategy Officer of Match Group, President of Match and SVP of Strategy and Analytics of Match. Prior to this, he held various management and strategy roles at i2 Technologies, where he drove growth at multiple consumer businesses through supply chain innovation.
Amarnath holds a B.S. in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Tracey Breeden currently serves as the Head of Safety and Social Advocacy at Match Group, where she works closely with the Trust and Safety teams at our brands. She is responsible for developing new safety features to cultivate safe and respectful communities for all users and build out internal policies around pay equity, diversity, and LGBTQ equality in the workplace.
Prior to Match Group, Tracey served as Head of Global Women's Safety & Gender-Based Violence Programs at Uber, where she led global safety initiatives across six continents advising teams on product development, training, policies, and initiatives that addressed safety and social issues, with an emphasis on women and marginalized communities. She and her team advised on some of Uber’s most notable safety products like Safety Center, Ride Check, Emergency Button, Share My Trip and Feedback features. Before Uber, Tracey was a former police officer and investigator with subject matter expertise in sexual assault and domestic violence and was awarded the medal of valor during her law enforcement career.
Tracey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Oral Roberts University, and an Administration of Justice in Law Enforcement from Riverside City College.
Ariel Charytan currently serves as the CEO of OkCupid. Previously, he served as SVP at Audible, an Amazon company. A veteran company founder, Mr. Charytan has spent his career building and fostering media, online travel and telecom businesses. Before that, he was the co-founder and CPO of Oyster.com.
Peter Foster currently serves as the GM of Global Advertising and Brand Solutions across Match Group’s properties.
Before joining Match Group, Peter served as CRO for Wrap Media and from 2011-2015, Peter served as Vice President, Solutions Development at Yahoo. In this role, he led Yahoo’s Media Solutions as well as the company’s audience advertising business and mid-market sales team. Previously, he served as CRO at 5to1.com, which was acquired by Yahoo in 2011. Peter has extensive experience in advertising and sales and has held senior leadership roles at organizations including Hi5, Kosmix, Photobucket, Fastclick/ValueClick Media, Maxonline and L90.

Malgosia Green is the CEO of Plenty of Fish.
Prior to this role, Malgosia served as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at educational technology company Top Hat, where she headed up product and engineering, and helped scale the company to over 300 people in just 5 years.
Previously, Malgosia was the founder & CEO of Savvica, an online marketing company focused on international education. Savvica launched LearnHub in 2008, a higher ed, test prep, and career network for students, which grew to be the largest education site in India.
An entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience, Malgosia has worked in Toronto, San Francisco, and Austin. She holds a BaSc. in System Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Hesam Hosseini currently serves as CEO of Match and Match Affinity. Hesam has served in multiple roles since joining the company in 2008, including CEO of PlentyOfFish, General Manager of New Initiatives and General Manager of Match International. Prior to that, Hesam held various management roles at technology startups and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Hesam holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from The University of Western Ontario.
Junya Ishibashi currently serves as the CEO of Pairs and General Manager of Match Group Japan and Taiwan. Mr. Ishibashi has served multiple roles since joining Eureka, Inc. in 2013, where he became COO and CTO in January 2016. Before that, in 2010, he joined a company as supervising manager, where he was responsible to grow their web business.
He entered Tokyo University of Science as an Architecture major and while simultaneously joining a company offering contract-based web systems development. He left university during his second year to dedicate himself to engineering work.
Matthieu Jacquier currently serves as the CEO of Meetic. Previously, he was the Chief Product & Customer Officer at Meetic, where he ensured the best customer experience through product, design, customer service, CRM and events. Before that, he specialized in the product area by becoming Product & Marketing Director at SFR, then Director of Innovation for Coyote Systems.
After graduating from École Polytechnique for undergrad, Mr. Jacquier then did a Master of Science at Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration at Sciences Po.
Jim Lanzone currently serves as CEO of Tinder. Previously, he was the Chief Digital Officer of CBS Corporation and President & Chief Executive Officer of CBS Interactive, a top 10 consumer Internet property with 300+ million users worldwide. Since joining CBS in 2011, Jim led the digital transformation of CBS Corporation, driving CBS Interactive to record financial and audience growth, as well as the creation, launch and growth of streaming subscription services like CBS All Access and free, ad-supported services including CBSN, CBS Sports HQ and ET Live.
Jim joined CBS Interactive after its acquisition of Clicker Media, an Internet video search and programming guide, where he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Ask.com (formerly Ask Jeeves), which he joined in 2001 after its acquisition of eTour.com, where he was Co-Founder and President.
Jim Lanzone joins Tinder from Benchmark Capital where he most recently served as an Executive-in-Residence.

Justin grew up in Louisville, KY and studied at Colgate University. After a few years in management consulting, he attended Harvard Business School and decided to follow his passion for connecting people. Justin founded Hinge in February 2011 with a mission to create real-life connections. As a romantic and the protagonist of a real-life love story, he relaunched Hinge to create a culture of thoughtful dating, the dating app designed to be deleted. Justin’s vision for a more thoughtful experience resonated with millennials and led to the company's user base growing 400% in 2018.
Joost Roelandts currently serves as CEO of social discovery platform Twoo and recently launched social app Ablo. He has served in multiple roles since joining the company in 2007, until he was appointed CEO in 2016. He has over 10 years of experience in running social platforms with a global footprint.
Mr. Roelandts holds a master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Ghent and a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Leuven Association.
Sameh Saleh is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hawaya, an Egyptian matchmaking app. Previously, Sameh had an 8-year career as a Senior Petroleum Engineer at Petronas Carigali, HQ, Malaysia. He is also the Founder of Hezaha We Safer, an Egyptian based media company and of Tripdizer, a leading travel tech company in MENA.
He holds a Master of Reservoir Engineering from Herriot-Watt University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia.
